Strive Events Agency reached out to me after a recommendation from another agency to photograph a company retreat for Pace Consulting. The retreat was held at Browning Bros, a luxury glamping site just outside of Colchester, and the event was designed to be a blend of fun, team building, and celebration. With activities ranging from paddle boarding and archery to songwriting competitions and treasure hunts, the day was full of opportunities for the teams to bond and embrace their competitive sides.

Capturing the spirit of this retreat was all about showcasing the joy, camaraderie, and energy that Strive Events Agency had carefully curated. Pace Consulting employees took part in some pretty unique challenges, including blindfolded knot tying and camp building, and the songwriting competition was a standout, with teams creating songs about the company’s values.

As the day transitioned into evening, the focus shifted to more serious matters, with company updates, awards, and a candid Q&A session where employees could ask the leadership team tough questions about the business. Despite experiencing all kinds of weather, the atmosphere remained upbeat, and it was my job to ensure that the images reflected the mix of fun and professionalism.
