Hashtag Creative Media brought me in to create a series of visual assets to elevate their social media marketing and better showcase the people behind the brand. As a creative agency themselves, the bar was naturally high. The imagery needed to feel authentic, modern and polished—without looking staged or overly corporate.

I worked closely with the team to capture professional headshots alongside more natural, candid-style photography that reflected their personality and culture. The goal was to show the human side of the agency—creative, approachable and confident—while maintaining a cohesive visual identity across their platforms.

This wasn’t our first collaboration. Over the years, I’ve supported Hashtag Creative Media with videography, web design, branding and photography across a range of projects. Because of that ongoing relationship, there’s a strong level of trust. They know I understand their standards, their style and how they want to be represented publicly.

For me, that trust is everything.
