Iridium
the brief
Iridium, a global leader in satellite communications, reached out to me for a unique opportunity: filming their international event at the Duxford Air Museum. Known for providing reliable voice and data services anywhere on Earth, Iridium operates an impressive constellation of 66 active satellites, ensuring global coverage. This event was a big deal, bringing people from around the world to one place for product launches, prizes, and even some thrilling helicopter and stunt plane rides.
The challenge here was to capture the scale and excitement of the event, while ensuring the finer details—like the energy of the product launches and the reactions of the guests—were showcased. I provided full event videography services, ensuring every key moment was captured on film, and later handled all the editing to deliver a polished final product that Iridium could use across their platforms.
Beyond the event, I was also invited to Iridium's UK headquarters to take commercial images and professional headshots for their team. This was another key moment for them, as they wanted their brand identity to be reflected in every piece of visual content they shared. The headshots needed to look sharp and professional, aligning with the cutting-edge technology Iridium is known for.
With careful planning and coordination, I delivered high-quality photography and videography that captured both the professionalism and excitement surrounding Iridium’s global communications expertise. The team was thrilled with the outcome, and the content has become a key part of their branding efforts.
