When 727 Tool Hire approached me, they hadn’t updated their website since 2017 and were in need of a modern, functional redesign to keep up with the evolving needs of their customers. They wanted a website that would not only look fresh but also improve the user experience, making it easier for visitors to find the tools they needed and streamline the hire process.

Using Wix Studio, I completely revamped their website, focusing on user-friendly features like product filtering, allowing customers to quickly find what they were looking for from their wide range of over 500 products. I also implemented enquiry submission forms directly on the product pages, making it easy for users to submit their hire requests. Additionally, I added functionality for users to learn more about the business and upload identification documents directly through the site—simplifying the entire hire process.

Given the large number of products and the need for a consistent, professional look, I utilised AI to create new stock images and generate uniform product photos for the entire catalogue. This not only saved time but ensured that every product was presented in a clean, cohesive style, elevating the overall professionalism of the website.

The result was a modern, functional site that not only enhanced user experience but also helped 727 Tool Hire better showcase their extensive product range and improve the efficiency of their hire process.
